Warranty & Product Terms
1. New products
New products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and applicable Danish law. Any manufacturer warranty applies according to the manufacturer's own terms.
2. Used and refurbished products
Used, demo, and refurbished products may have cosmetic signs of wear. The condition of the product and any known defects will be stated in the product description.
These products have the same 24-month right of complaint as other products, to the extent provided for by applicable law.
3. What does the right of complaint cover?
The right of complaint covers defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery or that may be asserted under the regulations.
It does not cover damage resulting from:

Drops, impact, or other physical damage

Liquid or moisture damage

Incorrect use or installation

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear
4. Batteries and consumable parts
Batteries and other parts that naturally wear out during use may have a limited lifespan. The assessment is based on the age of the product, usage, and the specific defect.
