Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in MMR's webshop.

1. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Please state your order number and which items you wish to return.

2. Returning items

After you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the item must be returned within 14 days.

You can return the item to our store or send it to:

As a rule, you pay the return shipping costs yourself.

We recommend that you send the package with tracking and pack the item securely.

3. Condition of the item

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used or handled more than is necessary to assess its function and properties, a deduction for depreciation may be made.

Please return the item with original packaging, accessories, cables, and other components.

4. Refund

Once we have received the item and processed the return, we will refund the amount you paid.

The refund is usually made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you provide documentation that the item has been returned.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Special rules may apply to, for example:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Sealed products where the seal has been broken

• Digital content where delivery has begun with the customer's express consent

If an item is exempt from the right of withdrawal, this will be stated before purchase.

6. Defective items

If the item is defective, you must contact us regarding a claim instead of using the right of withdrawal.
