Delivery, Warranty & Payment
We ship with GLS, and the normal delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the product and delivery method.
GLS Parcel Shop costs 59 DKK, while delivery to a private or business address costs 89 DKK. The final shipping price is shown at checkout.
You can pay with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ViaBill.
Yes. Products are covered by a 24-month right of complaint under current Danish law. This also applies to used and refurbished products.

We repair most common smartphones, tablets, PCs, and Mac computers, including iPhone and Android devices.
It depends on the device, the damage, and the availability of spare parts. Many mobile repairs can be completed the same day, and some take only about 1–1.5 hours.
No, generally you can just drop by. For major repairs, however, we recommend that you contact us first.
